ServiceNow App Engine Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for resources to provide maintenance and operational support of the ServiceNow platform and to perform customizations, configurations and enhancements, as necessary, to support business needs. Tasks include but are not limited to the resolution of user issues and service requests; routine maintenance; defect resolution; system or application upgrades or optimization; testing; documentation; and general end-user support.

Mandatory

Must have a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with at least three (3) years of experience with the ServiceNow App Engine."

Must have at least three (3) years of experience with the ServiceNow App Engine.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator

Must have at least five (5) years of experience working with workflow-based systems."

Must have at least three (3) years of Integration experience using APIs.

Experience

This Classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data

processing systems study, design, and programming. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

This classification requires the possession of a bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
