Role Overview:
The ServiceNow Pre-Sales Lead is a strategic position responsible for leading technical sales engagements and driving ServiceNow platform adoption. This role serves as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, articulating the value of ServiceNow solutions to prospects and customers, and ensuring alignment between client needs and our ServiceNow capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities
- Translate complex business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and present compelling technical presentations and demonstrations tailored to diverse audience needs
- Craft winning proposals and statements of work in collaboration with sales teams
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key technical stakeholders in client organizations
Solution Strategy & Implementation:
- Assess client environments and recommend appropriate ServiceNow solutions
- Create solution architectures and implementation roadmaps that address client business challenges
- Communicate the technical and business value of proposed solutions
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
Business Development Opportunities:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Contribute to territory growth strategies and pipeline development
- Establish strong relationships with the ServiceNow partner community
- Participate in industry events to build market presence and generate leads
- Share insights on market trends and competitive positioning
