ServiceNow ITSM Expert

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing self-hosted ServiceNow instances in support of an on-prem environment supporting the USAF. You will also be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM capabilities within the platform, leading integrations and data within the ServiceNow system, and implementing ServiceNow integrations across multiple source systems.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 11 or more years of relevant experience.
• Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement.
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Advanced level understanding of ServiceNow required.
• Advanced level programming skills.
• A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDB.
