We are expanding our ServiceNow practice and looking for skilled professionals across multiple roles to support our growing customer base in the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain.

Open Roles:

We are hiring for the following ServiceNow roles within the ITSM domain (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, CMDB, etc.):

ServiceNow Developer (4–5 Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules.
  • Build workflows, business rules, and integrations using ServiceNow Studio.
  • Work on scripting (JavaScript, Glide), APIs, UI actions, client/server-side logic.
  • Implement best practices for development and ensure code reusability.
  • Collaborate with BA and QA teams for requirement analysis and testing.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes.

ServiceNow Technical Lead (9–10+ Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM project delivery.
  • Architect scalable and performance-optimized ServiceNow solutions.
  • Guide development team and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and act as technical SME.
  • Provide effort estimation, technical design, and code reviews.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform and ITSM implementation.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and solution architecture skills.
  • Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP), scripting, and CMDB configuration.
  • ServiceNow certifications (Developer, Implementation Specialist) preferred.

ServiceNow Business Analyst (7+ Years)

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze requirements for ITSM processes from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate client workshops, solution demos, and UAT sessions.
  • Create functional documentation, process flow diagrams, and reporting dashboards.
  • Act as liaison between business teams and ServiceNow developers.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and ITSM consulting.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
