ACL Digital - ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

Responsibilities

• Well versed with different ServiceNow products
• Hands-on experience with Incident Management, ITSM, Service Catalog & Asset Management product
• Nice to have experience in HR applications
• Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts
• Excellent communication skills , verbal & written are truly essential
• Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements
• Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, result driven & Go getter attitude is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with web UI development technologies that include JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX is preferred
• Experience working with relational databases, good SQL skills
• Good understanding and background in TCP/IP, IT security, and single sign-on technologies
• System integration experience using web services (SOAP, REST) is must
• Experience in building Service portals using Angular is a plus.
