Role Overview:
We are building a high-performing team to deliver cutting-edge solutions on ServiceNow’s Telecommunication Service Management (TSM) platform for Communication Service Providers (CSPs). We're hiring across Developer, Business Analyst, and Technical Lead / Architect roles. Whether you're configuring service models, driving requirements, or architecting scalable telecom workflows — you'll be contributing to the digital transformation of the global telecom industry. It is mandatory that you have telco experience in particular TSM/ OMT/ FSM
Key Responsibilities (by Role):
Developer
- Configure and extend TSM modules including Service Order Management, Technical Service Catalog, and Service Inventory.
- Build workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP/TMF Open APIs), and scripts for telecom service orchestration.
- Implement CSDM-aligned models for CFS/RFS/resource layers and support lifecycle automation.
Business Analyst
- Lead requirement workshops and translate CSP service processes into ServiceNow capabilities.
- Define service models, validate order decomposition, and support test case creation and UAT.
- Collaborate with devs/architects to align business needs with technical delivery.
Technical Lead / Architect
- Own TSM architecture design and lead integration of ServiceNow with OSS/BSS ecosystems.
- Govern service modeling standards (CSDM + telecom extensions) and drive TMF Open API adoption.
- Provide technical leadership across design, CI/CD governance, and delivery best practices.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow TSM modules: Order Management, Inventory, Catalog.
- Deep understanding of telecom service structures (CFS/RFS/Resource) and CSDM.
- Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, TMF620, TMF641).
- Strong in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub (for Developer/Lead roles).
- Proven track record in telco transformation projects (Tier 1/2 CSPs preferred).
- Agile delivery experience with tools like Jira, ADO.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS – TSM, or Telecom Micro-Certifications.
- Bonus: Exposure to Netcracker, Amdocs, Nokia, or Ericsson OSS.
