We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Functional Consultant with expertise in Virtual Agent Consulting, UI/UX experience, and Integrations with various applications, including Virtual Agent in MS Teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that enhance user experience, automation, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities :
Virtual Agent & AI Consulting :

Design and implement ServiceNow Virtual Agent solutions to automate business processes.

Configure Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models and topics to enhance conversational experiences.

Optimize Virtual Agent workflows, ensuring seamless user interactions and self-service capabilities.

Deploy and integrate Virtual Agent with Microsoft Teams for enhanced collaboration and accessibility. UI/UX Enhancements :

Improve the ServiceNow user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for intuitive and efficient navigation.

Customize and enhance Service Portal experiences to align with business needs.

Implement best practices for UI design, accessibility, and responsive layouts within ServiceNow. Integrations & Automation :

Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.

Ensure seamless data exchange and automation between ServiceNow, MS Teams, and enterprise systems.
-
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize integrations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Solution Consulting.

Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions.

Provide advisory support on ServiceNow best practices, Virtual Agent capabilities, and automation strategies.

Conduct workshops and training sessions on Virtual Agent, UI/UX improvements, and integrations. Required Skills & Qualifications :
-
7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant or a similar role.

3+ years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Virtual Agent, NLU models, and AI Search.

Experience in integrating Virtual Agent with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.

2+ years of Strong understanding and implementation of ServiceNow UI/UX design principles and Service Portal customization.

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or custom applications.
-
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party system integrations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
-
ServiceNow Certified Application.
