ServiceNow Solution Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our platform strategy and build scalable solutions that drive business growth. About the Role

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solution blueprints.
• Lead ServiceNow implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Provide governance, best practices, and technical leadership to developers and admins.
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in an architect role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and data model.
• Experience in designing solutions for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, or integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (mandatory).
• Additional certifications like CIS (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), CAD, or CTA are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
