ServiceNow IRM BA (Metrics and Reporting

Exp : 7 to 12 years

Location :Bangalore / Noida/ Pune

Key Activities

The role will involve the following -

• Capture metrics requirements from various stakeholder communities.
• Undertake analysis of the data requirements and work with the integration team to source data if required.
• Translate user requirements into logic which can be applied directly into the Servicenow Metrics module.
• Undertaking testing of the metrics and obtain user sign-off that metrics providing the correct data.
• For implemented metrics ensure data is generated as expected and co-ordinate any remediation activities when required.
• Be able to specify how metrics and associated data should be presented.
• For dashboards to be implemented in Servicenow, specify the format and layout for implementation by the Servicenow Developers
• Organise testing and sign-off the dashboards with the relevant stakeholder communities.

Skills Needed

• Good understanding of data and metrics, preferably using Servicenow metrics capability
• Knowledge of either the Servicenow IRM or GRC modules
• Experience of how to represent data, ie dashboards, reports
• Excellent communications skills in each of the following areas
• Working with users in joint analysis and design sessions.
• Written communications, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to end-users.
• Ability to quickly build relationships across multiple teams
• High analytical capabilities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to grasp new concepts
• Used to working to tight deadlines and identifying problems at an early stage
