We are currently hiring a Lead SNOW Developer (Remote) to help expand our capabilities and support our mission. This is a remote work position available anywhere in the continental US or at our corporate office in Draper, UT. You will translate complex business challenges into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Your role is key to enhancing employee experience by making ServiceNow interactions seamless and fostering strong relationships within the organization. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Support development, configuration, testing, and deployment of new ServiceNow features across modules such as ITOM, Integration Hub, SAM Pro, CMDB, HR, etc. Identify and suggest improvements for existing systems and processes to enhance functionality and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on various projects, providing support, application development, and standardization. YOU’LL BRING: 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience and strong working knowledge of the platform. Robust software development skills. Experience in fast-paced, tech-centric environments with multiple deadlines. Proven success in managing high-profile projects, including stakeholder presentations and demos. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and support/train others. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
