Job Description:

Comptran Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery. You will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Discovery across complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Discovery

Set up and manage MID Servers, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns

Lead Discovery operations (Agentless & Agent-based)

Collaborate with IT infrastructure and CMDB teams

Troubleshoot Discovery-related issues and serve as SME

Required Skills:

5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience

Expert-level understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and infrastructure components

Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and API integration

Experience with ITOM and CMDB modules

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

CIS – Discovery
