Credence has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer who will assist in the technical solution and development / implementation of applications leveraging the OOTB modules and customization as necessary to ensure the required business outcomes are delivered.
The person will assist in the technical solution and development / implementation of solutions that leverage the OOTB ServiceNow modules and Custom App to migrate legacy applications to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
- Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets).
- Translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
- Elicit requirements, design, develop, test, train, and implement support.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
- Maintain and develop scoped applications.
- Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
- *Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Minimum US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Three to Five Plus years of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development.
- *Preferred Skills:**
- Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts.
- Familiarity with ACLs.
- Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
- *Work Conditions:**
Regular work at Tysons Office, VA. Travel to DLA HQ (Ft Belvoir) may be needed for in-person meetings.
