ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to assist in the technical solution and development/implementation of applications leveraging OOTB modules and customization as necessary to ensure required business outcomes are delivered.

The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow platform support for Low-Code/No-Code Development, good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and core concepts, and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.

This role requires a minimum of three to five years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong background in software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.

The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirements, convert requirements into design and migration steps, and provide guidance on converting requirements into design and migration steps. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow architecture principles and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
• Manage ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets).
• Translate business and functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementation.
• Elicit, design, develop, test, train, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Work with SMEs to identify and refine data requirements.
• Convert requirements into design and migration steps. Requirements
• Minimum US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Three to five years of ServiceNow experience.
• Good understanding of ACLs.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
• Experience in full SDLC including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production. Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc. Working Conditions
