Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with SecOps

Duration: Contract, Location: Midland, MI Job Description:

• Develop and implement ITSM and ITOM applications, including Incident, Change, Knowledge, Event management, Orchestration, and more.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Server and Client-side JavaScript.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs, ACL, UI pages, Macros, and more.
• Strong experience with Service Catalog, workflow, and flow designer.
• Analyze and design solutions for functional requirements.
• Knowledge of Service Portal design.
• Experience integrating 3rd-party tools with ServiceNow using Web Services.
• Experience with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SecOps, Cloud Management, and HR Service delivery (a plus). Responsibilities:
