Job Description:

Detailed Job Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, including at least 3 on-prem implementations and support experiences for large clients
• ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end-to-end design and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive complex input from product and business stakeholders, translating it into requirements and mapping them onto ServiceNow functionality
• Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards
• Design and implement ServiceNow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions in partnership with the product team and other stakeholders
• Invent and validate solutions
• Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties
• Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the ServiceNow architecture at both a bird's-eye and granular level
• Clearly document ServiceNow architecture for internal use
• Participate in Agile development
