Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to participate in the development and implementation of ServiceNow business applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will support all software development activities under the direction of the Software Engineer Lead. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests
• Support release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Design reports and dashboards

• Understand web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap

• U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
