Description:

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance platform functionality.

Your tasks include configuring ITSM and ITOM modules, developing integrations, ensuring platform performance, security, and scalability using JavaScript, Jelly, Angular, and Glide API.

You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, train internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities, maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and development changes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Regular updates, patches, and system upgrades will be performed to maintain the platform's functionality and security.

Stay current with new ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance the platforms performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Configure and customize ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Develop integrations using JavaScript, Jelly, Angular, and Glide API
  • Maintain platform performance, security, and scalability
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
  • Train internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, workflows, and development changes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Jelly, Angular, and Glide API
  • ITSM and ITOM module configuration and customization experience
  • Able to recommend best practices for platform customizations
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Playbook, and Workflow Editor
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations and automation tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with AI tools, Salesforce, and billing capabilities
  • Knowledge of cloud environments and IT infrastructure
  • Additional certifications in ServiceNow or related technologies
