We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
• Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.
• Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Required Skills
• Proven ServiceNow experience (3+ years)
• Web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3) (3+ years)
• Basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies (3+ years)
• Understanding of enterprise IT architecture (3+ years)
• Working knowledge of relational databases (3+ years)
• Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, etc.) (3+ years)
• Impeccable time management and record keeping (5+ years)
• The ability to take complex end-user requirements to code (5+ years)
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn (5+ years)
• A strong personal commitment to quality service (5+ years)
• The ability to work independently and with a team (3+ years)
• LDAP directories, such as Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP (3+ years)
