Role: Senior ServiceNow Admin

Multiple Location ( TX, NJ, IL, NY , VA & GA)

Work type Contract to Hire(6 12 months)

Job Description:

  • Good understanding for ServiceNow workflow and functionalities
  • Attending Daily scrum meeting and provide status updates
  • Checking ServiceNow system diagnostic data
  • Daily check on Transaction logs with Response time, Error Logs and Verifying Auto Refresh Time of users
  • Update and notify on Dormant users and weekly ITIL removal for inactive users
  • User /Group Access provisioning and administration
  • CatLog Form creation and enhancement
  • Creating and customizing UI policies, actions, scripts, ACLs, Business Rule and Client script
  • Smoke Testing post Upgrades, patching and network maintenance
  • Creation of Reports and Dashboards based on business requirement
  • Creation of Workflows/Flow Designer
  • Analysis of reported issues and fixes
  • Deployment of Update Sets
  • Day to Day Support and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Creation and administration of Notifications, Template creation
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and achieve solutions under given deadline
  • Requirement gathering and providing solutions based on best practices to business user
  • Knowledge base document preparation and sign-off with customer.
