Senior ServiceNow Platform Expert

Solution Overview

This Senior ServiceNow Developer position is responsible for the design, development, administration, and rollout of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, and ITBM areas.

Key Requirements:

• Design and develop process workflows, capturing and writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
• Risk Management: Identify and document risks and constraints related to requirements.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, and ITBM areas.
• Certified ServiceNow Master Architect or Certified ServiceNow Developer or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist or Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
• Experience working on projects with large global/multinational corporations.
