Servicenow Consultant

Job Title: ITAM Process Consultant Start Date: 2nd-3rd week of May Duration: 6-12 months, with a possibility of conversion to full time Location: Remote Pay Rate: $73-79/hr

Must haves:

• 10+ years of experience working within ServiceNow ITAM, managing different assets for small customers, all the way to enterprise level customers - including HAM & SAM Hardware Asset Management Software Asset Management
• Possess ITIL basic ServiceNow practice and understanding
• Proficient with governance & risk mitigation, & cost reduction - bring value back to the customer through best practices & solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to create & run reports with Tableau and/or PowerBI
• Excellent communication as this person will be client facing.

Day to Day:

• This person will be supporting the ServiceNow group as an ITAM Process Consultant to support a new and growing service offering in their practice.
• They will be supporting existing and new clients with their Asset Management, this person will be expected to have a solution-oriented mindset to understand client needs and then recommend best practice based off of their past experience managing assets, while keeping risk, governance, and cost effectiveness in mind.
• Additionally, they will be involved in creating and running reports to measure data points for internal and external client use.
