We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Operations Management (ITOM) Specialist, responsible for designing and implementing industry-leading ITOM solutions using ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementations, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB models and extensions.

The selected individual will be tasked with integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools, automating alerts, and utilizing application management tools via out-of-the-box plugins and API methods. Experience in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation: Utilize industry best practices to design and implement robust ITOM solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
• CMDB Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB models and extensions, with experience in CMDB design, architecture, and implementation.
• Integration and Automation: Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools, automate alerts, and leverage application management tools via OOB plugins and API methods.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in implementing ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
