ServiceNow Developer (HRSD) - Secret Clearance Required

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading IT Services company who are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a fully remote, six-month contract opportunity for a candidate with an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and customize the ServiceNow HRSD module to meet business needs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement HR workflows and integrations.
• Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies and ACLs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize system performance.

Skillset

• Active Secret Clearance (Required).
• ServiceNow HRSD Certification (Required).
• Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow platform, specifically HRSD.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and HR service automation principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
