Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will utilize your technical expertise to support our organization's ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts.

• Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, creating and maintaining workflows, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties. We're Looking for:
• 5+ years of recent and relevant ServiceNow implementation and integration experience
• Strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government hosted DevSecOps environment
• Experience with ATO processes and acquisition for secure cloud implementations
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow development, and platform customization
• Experience creating and maintaining workflows and application integrations
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for documenting processes and interacting with stakeholders Requirements:
• IAT level II certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Highly preferred:ServiceNow certifications such as:ServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSMServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOMExperience with ServiceNow integrations and API developmentKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web servicesExperience working in government or regulated environmentsUnderstanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practicesClearance:TS/SCI clearanceWork Type: Remote with a preference for those located in the greater San Antonio, TX May require up to 20% travelMay require occasional off-hours support for critical systemsSalary Range:$100,000 - $140,000The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
