System Integrator - ServiceNow Specialist

Job Description

This role will suit a professional with a recent track record in the integration architecture and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. Candidates will be experienced in leading technical ServiceNow engagements, providing solutions leadership, content, and governance to consult initiatives and projects. The Integration Architect will define the integration solution and building blocks, conform to standards and best practices, while being realistic with constraints and alternatives, adhering to goals, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of ServiceNow integration architecture for SecOps and/or HRSD solutions
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions
• Lead technical engagements and provide solutions leadership, content, and governance to consult initiatives and projects
• Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets, and timelines
• Document and gain acceptance/approvals of selected final solutions

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience with integration to corporate systems
• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow architecture, design, and development experience
• Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
• At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead architect
• Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with SecOps and/or HRSD
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
