ServiceNow Developer Role
Are you a skilled ServiceNow developer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with ServiceNow platform and want to leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions?
This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about technical solution development and implementation. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will assist in designing, developing, and implementing applications that meet the required business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow components such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc. You will also have prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using ServiceNow platform.
- Migrate legacy applications to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.
- Work closely with technical subject matter experts to identify and refine data requirements.
- Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
- Collaborate with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Three to Five Plus years of ServiceNow experience.
- Experience performing ServiceNow analysis, architecture, and application development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML.
About the Job: This is a regular work position at our office location. Travel to other locations may be needed for meetings.
