Role Overview

This is a key role that requires a technical professional with expertise in system integration to lead technical engagements and provide solutions leadership, content, and governance for ServiceNow initiatives and projects. The successful candidate will have experience in leading end-to-end technical engagements, providing solutions leadership, content, and governance to consult initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical engagements and provide solutions leadership, content, and governance to consult initiatives and projects
  • Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Document and gain acceptance/approvals of selected final solutions
  • Execute architectural solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow leader, subject matter expert, compliance monitor, and go-to architectural authority on projects
  • Assess current state processes and tools
  • Identify platform solution options
  • Define solution and integration requirements
  • Develop architecture and implementation plans
  • Counsel and advise ServiceNow developers

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience with integration to corporate systems
  • Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow architecture, design, and development experience
  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead architect
  • Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
  • Hands-on experience with SecOps and/or HRSD
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices
