Design and Architecture of ServiceNow Platforms

Technical Architect for ServiceNow Solutions ">

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its ecosystem, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities ">

">- Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITSM SPO Module ">- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. ">- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements. ">- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies. ">- Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes. ">- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Requirements ">

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow, along with certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL. Additionally, they should possess strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
