Experienced ServiceNow Developer - Cloud Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements. You will utilize your technical expertise to support our organization's ServiceNow implementation and integration efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices, as well as experience working in government or regulated environments. They will also possess knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services, and have experience working with ServiceNow integrations and API development.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of recent and relevant ServiceNow implementation and integration experience.
• A strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow development, and platform customization.
• Experience creating and maintaining workflows and application integrations.
