ServiceNow Platform Developer

This role involves configuring and developing the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform
• Partner with stakeholders to transform business requirements into a viable solution
• Implement integrations with other systems using APIs and integration hubs
• Manage update sets, perform code promotions, and follow change management processes
• Perform unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing

This position requires expertise in ServiceNow development tools, including workflow, flow designer, business rules, scripts, and ACL rules. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a global setting, knowledge of Agile development methodologies, and a ServiceNow certification.

The ability to communicate effectively and think critically is essential for success in this role. The selected candidate will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide solutions to complex problems, and continuously learn new concepts and functionality.
