This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will work closely with various members of the development team members assigned to ServiceNow projects. About the Role

The role involves developing and growing our ServiceNow applications in the PSDS environment. The consultant will also provide escalation point support for the development team with regard to ServiceNow issues. Key Responsibilities

• Work with the ETS Application Development team to assist with building, configuring, and maintaining Enterprise Portal and associated applications.
• Develop and grow the existing application development team in their skills and abilities and serve as an expert resource in the platform.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to development teams on PSDS ServiceNow environment
