About the Role:

As a ServiceNow AI Agent Developer, you'll work directly with our Managed Services Provider (MSP) customers to identify bottlenecks, optimize business workflows, and design powerful, AI-driven solutions using the latest from ServiceNow’s AI Agent framework.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy ServiceNow AI Agent solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps for enterprise clients.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders and solution architects to translate business challenges into AI automation use cases.
• Implement and fine-tune agent behavior, context handling, and AI workflows using ServiceNow’s AI Agent Designer and Playbooks.
• Collaborate with MSP delivery teams to enhance incident resolution, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
• Create proactive experiences that reduce ticket volumes and speed up time-to-resolution via predictive and generative AI.
• Stay on top of the latest ServiceNow releases, especially around AI Agent, NLU, Virtual Agent, and GenAI integrations.
• Support client enablement, testing, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required. (Additional certs like ITSM, HRSD, or Virtual Agent Specialist are a plus.)
• 3+ years of experience developing on the Now Platform, with recent focus on automated workflows or virtual agents.
• Familiarity with the new ServiceNow AI Agent architecture and how to build with Agent Designer.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting (JavaScript), and data modeling.
• Ability to understand customer environments and translate them into impactful ServiceNow AI use cases.
• Passion for user experience, automation, and finding new ways to use AI to simplify complex processes.
