ServiceNow Configuration Manager ) We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the configuration of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Responsibilities ) Implement best practices for CMDB data integrity and ITSM processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality ServiceNow services that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements ) 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including ITSM and CMDB support.

1+ year of experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and workflow design.

1+ years of experience developing scoped applications and customizing the Service Portal.

6+ months of exposure to ITIL practices and ITSM processes.

1+ years of knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices for maintaining data integrity.
