ServiceNow Developer Position

Job Overview

The ServiceNow Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, scoped app development, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
• Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that streamline processes and enhance productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
• Extensive years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer
• Experience implementing ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HCLS, etc.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including tables, forms, lists, and related structures
• Strong technical skills with installation, configuring, and management of the ServiceNow platform and applications
• Experience performing analysis and troubleshooting technical issues
• Infrastructure and application development experience, baseline support experience, demonstrated customer communication skills, and excellent interpersonal communications
