Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the technical architecture, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow across different business units
• Develop and implement governance frameworks to maintain high performance, security, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Assess and enhance the platform's capabilities, staying current with technological advancements and implementing best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 7+ years in ServiceNow development and system implementation, with significant hands-on experience in a technical leadership role
• Proficient in ServiceNow customization, scripting, and platform management
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to oversee complex software implementations and resolve technical challenges effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams
