ServiceNow Administrator and Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our ServiceNow implementation and drive automation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of developing and implementing automated solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage ServiceNow Discovery to accurately populate the CMDB
• Develop and maintain Service Maps to visualize and manage service dependencies
• Manage and maintain CMDB health, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Develop and implement CMDB health dashboards, reports, and processes
• Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues
