Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to ServiceNow functionality and partnering with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team to transform these requirements into a viable solution.

Responsibilities

• Gather IT and business stakeholder requirements
• Partner with the ServiceNow Application Architect and development team
• Document full requirements, including layout, fields, workflows, team processes as well as system processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and influence all levels across the organization
• Demonstrated experience designing solutions to meet organizational goals, improve efficiency, and reduce risk based on business analysis intelligence
