Job Description: We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient support, enhancement, and integration of our enterprise platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build integrations with various systems using Integration Hub.
  • Develop code for enhancements adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Maintain the platform's security and compliance with corporate policy and ISO 27001/2 requirements.
  • Install and update ServiceNow patches regularly.
  • Learn and address corporate ITSM processes.
  • Manage user access and groups on the platform.
  • Mentor technical resources within the team.
  • Monitor MID Servers for uptime and configuration accuracy.
  • Plan and upgrade ServiceNow twice annually.
  • Support the platform as the most senior technical lead.
  • Utilize Agile Development for code development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the Service Management Systems team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Full understanding of ServiceNow coding, workflows, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM is preferred.
  • Experience in ITOM modules and ServiceNow CMDB is highly desired.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ITSM, IT Operations, and ServiceNow platform.
  • Previous experience supporting CMDB and CSDM.
  • Current ServiceNow System Admin Basic Certification required.
  • ServiceNow System Administration Advanced Certification is a plus.
