Enterprise IT Platform Specialist

About the Ideal Candidate We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator who can provide expert-level support for the ServiceNow platform and its associated tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow best practices, ITIL, and ITSM. They will also have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, ITSM, and ITOM modules. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Develop and maintain code in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and industry standards (ISO 27001/2).
• Install and update ServiceNow patches as required.
• Collaborate with the ITSM team to implement effective change management processes.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical issues.
• Monitor the performance of MID Servers and resolve any issues that arise.
• Plan and execute regular upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide expert-level support for the ServiceNow platform and its associated tools.
• Utilize the Agile Development methodology for software development.
