We are seeking an experienced Enterprise ServiceNow Configuration Manager to join our team, responsible for the execution of the service asset and configuration management process strategy and roadmap within ServiceNow.

As an Enterprise ServiceNow Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the configuration management process, ensuring alignment with enterprise asset management, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Execution: Oversee the development and implementation of the configuration management process within ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with enterprise asset management, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of professionals responsible for the day-to-day operations of the configuration management process.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Anticipate, track, and escalate risks as required.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and make key decisions through product analytics and user feedback.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 4 years of experience in service asset and configuration management and CMDB architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow ITAM certifications preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management best practices and compliance.
