Key Responsibilities The Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Developing and maintaining code in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and industry standards (ISO 27001/2).
- Installing and updating ServiceNow patches as required.
- Collaborating with the ITSM team to implement effective change management processes.
- Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical issues.
- Monitoring the performance of MID Servers and resolving any issues that arise.
- Planning and executing regular upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
- Providing expert-level support for the ServiceNow platform and its associated tools.
- Utilizing the Agile Development methodology for software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Full understanding of ServiceNow best practices in coding, workflows, etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ITSM, ITOM modules.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Operations working with a variety of IT teams.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Previous experience supporting CMDB and CSDM.
- Must have a current and active ServiceNow System Admin Basic Certification.
- ServiceNow System Administration Advanced Certification is a plus.
- ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro preferred.
