Key Responsibilities The Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Developing and maintaining code in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate security policies and industry standards (ISO 27001/2).
  • Installing and updating ServiceNow patches as required.
  • Collaborating with the ITSM team to implement effective change management processes.
  • Mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on technical issues.
  • Monitoring the performance of MID Servers and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Planning and executing regular upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Providing expert-level support for the ServiceNow platform and its associated tools.
  • Utilizing the Agile Development methodology for software development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Full understanding of ServiceNow best practices in coding, workflows, etc.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ITSM, ITOM modules.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Operations working with a variety of IT teams.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Previous experience supporting CMDB and CSDM.
  • Must have a current and active ServiceNow System Admin Basic Certification.
  • ServiceNow System Administration Advanced Certification is a plus.
  • ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro preferred.
