Senior Developer - ServiceNow Expert

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for the administration, development, and documentation of the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NowPlatform, including SPM and ITOM ServiceNow products, and custom application development. Experience with AI and Virtual Agent, Next Experience Workspaces, Employee Center, Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Integrations is highly desirable.

You will work closely with our Corporate Applications ServiceNow Manager/Platform Architect to design and deliver technical solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing new application modules, workflows, and integrations with external systems.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing.
• Review and refine designs for usability and ensure applications quality.
• *Requirements:**
• Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations for clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to communicate detailed and complex information to others.
• Leadership skills in technical initiatives.
• ServiceNow Certified Developer (Xanadu or Higher) preferred.
• Clear understanding of the NowPlatform, including SPM, and ITOM ServiceNow products, and custom application development.
