ServiceNow Solution Designer

• *Technical Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and its various modules. You should be proficient in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures that meet our business needs.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet our business requirements.
• Configure and implement ITSM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, and workflow automation.
• Develop and enforce development standards, governance policies, and reusable design principles.
• Manage pilot implementations and oversee technical validation and quality assurance processes.
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and CMDB design.
• Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday or other ERP systems.
