Configuration Management Database Administrator

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining our Configuration Management Database, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with our ITIL processes.

Main Duties:

• Maintenance and update of the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Development and management of data integration processes between ServiceNow and other IT systems
• Process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CMDB management
• Documentation and communication of CMDB processes, data integration workflows, and technical support procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform and CMDB Lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Discovery Tools, including Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
