Job Role: ServiceNow BPC Location: San Antonio, TX / Austin TX (Onsite)

Need Years Of Experience: 18+ above

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and core Service Platform modules.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Support testing, user training, and change management efforts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow capabilities and implementation strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (SNOW) including configuration and workflow design.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or custom applications.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Commute:

  • San Antonio, TX 78201 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • San Antonio, TX 78201: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
