Job Role: ServiceNow BPC Location: San Antonio, TX / Austin TX (Onsite)
Need Years Of Experience: 18+ above
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions within ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and core Service Platform modules.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow best practices.
- Support testing, user training, and change management efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow capabilities and implementation strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Employee Center Pro.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform (SNOW) including configuration and workflow design.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, ITSM, or custom applications.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- San Antonio, TX 78201 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- San Antonio, TX 78201: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
