Sr. Technical Writer- IT Application and ServiceNow’s APM module

Job Title: Senior Technical Writer

Location: Hybrid – 2 days in Springfield, 3 days remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Writer with a strong background in IT application stacks and familiarity with ServiceNow’s APM module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including system recovery procedures, operating procedures, and policies.
• Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document product functionality and business continuity needs.
• Collaborate with technical and business SMEs to gather business and IT requirements.
• Ensure documentation is detailed and accurate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing.
• Strong understanding of IT application stacks and their components.
• Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow’s APM module is a mandatory requirement.
