ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing software within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize software within the ServiceNow platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements and push for testing
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and grooming sessions
• Update and manage tasks in Jira
• Assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements
• Collaborate with other development staff for quality and consistency
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation
• Analyze system specifications and design, develop, modify, and install customized software
• Actively participate in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in Java as the primary development language
• Experience with automation and workflow development within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Familiarity with HTML and front-end development
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
