Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IT ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for formulating and defining specifications for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives. The selected candidate will also provide technical leadership in planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
- Provide coding standards and review of content provided by extended development teams
- Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables
- Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate, and debug software problems
- Transform business needs into tangible items within ServiceNow
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience managing and maintaining large enterprise systems in complex matrixed organizations
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or eight years equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow System Administration Certification is preferred
- Experience leading teams in delivery of agile-based projects
- Ability to customize workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts using JavaScript
