ITSM Developer

About this Role:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow forms, workflows, and reports.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs.
• Design and develop front and back-end components connected to a blended technology stack.
• Work with the security team to develop and enhance the security catalog.
• Assist in ticket trending and reporting.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.
• Create and manage workflows and automated processes.
• Build and customize UI components.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.
