About this Job:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and comply with relevant standards and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, optimizing performance and usability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and updates to leverage new features and capabilities.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in IT, with hands-on ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool experience.
• Strong ability to interact effectively with peers, project leads, and key stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a self-motivated approach.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of networks, servers, and security fundamentals.
